How to prepare?
How to prepare? Prepare for your helfy®Energy test by following these simple steps:
- Timing: Collect your sample between 6am and 10am.
- Fasting: For accurate iron profile results, fast for 8-12 hours before collecting your sample.
- Activity: Avoid strenuous exercise and heavy meals for 24 hours before the test as they can affect your hormone levels.
- Supplements: Avoid taking vitamin D or iron supplements on the morning of the test unless advised otherwise by your doctor.
- Hydration: Ensure you are well-hydrated to facilitate easy blood collection.
